Our mission is to work with our customers to develop a comprehensive service and support plan to suit the customers’ requirements. This can range from a complete Manufacturing Partnership, through various levels of Technical Staff Solutions to the base level where we simply provide staff on a part time or full time basis to meet the customer’s dynamic requirements.
Bay has in excess of 100 employees distributed across multiple disciplines including cleaners, general operatives, trades people, technicians, engineers and project managers working in various industries from electronics manufacturing to medical and pharmaceutical. The majority of our staff are based on site at customer facilities.
Bay has grown rapidly since its inception in 2004 to become a key service partner to some of the industry leaders in the high volume manufacturing industry in areas such as Medical, Pharmaceutical and Electronics manufacturing. Our customers are distributed across a broad spectrum of companies ranging from small businesses to larger Multinational and Fortune 500 companies.
Our staff work in parallel with the customers own team in all areas of maintenance, facilities, engineering, process and manufacturing support to resolve equipment issues, identify and implement corrective actions and resolve daily issues. This helps to free up time for the customers own team to allow them to focus on optimising their manufacturing process and maximising their output and reduce their costs.
